Patients are asked to be here early to update all their information, including changes in addresses and insurance and to fill out all necessary forms.
Why do I have to pay a co-pay when I visit my doctor?
Your insurance company policy requires you to pay the co-pay and the doctor’s contract with your insurance company requires your physician to collect a co-pay as part of the fee, just as Medicare requires a deductible to be collected at the beginning of every year.
